Our portrait programs are designed to give parents the opportunity to receive high-quality, professional portraits of their child, taken in a setting that makes kids comfortable and safe. Q: Do you offer free ID Cards for our students?
A: Yes. In the beginning of the school year we will provide a free ID card for every student. If there is a need for barcodes or a magnetic stripe we will be happy to accommodate you.

Q: Do you offer yearbook services?
A: We have many options for yearbook printing. The school will be provided with a "PSPA" Standard CD with all of the students portraits. The school may choose to use our services or any other yearbook company. Our printing company provides books starting at $14 a book!

Q: Are there any costs or pre-payment required up-front?
A: There is absolutely no cost involved to the School. This is a service you are providing for the parents. We will to match the national photography company prices. We are very flexable with our portrait programs. From Pre-Pay to Speculative. Depending on the program you choose, the parents are under no obligation to purchase, or any pre-payment required.

Q: Do you pay commissions to schools?
A: Commission's are available upon different payment programs.

Q:How much time and work will this take for me as the Director (and my teachers)?
A: Flip's Photos handles everything, from providing notification materials for your families, collection and parents questions.

Q: How long does the Photography Session take?
A: It depends on how many children you have, but we will try to minimize any disruption to your day.

Q: What should the children wear for his/her photograph?
A: Have the children dress in their favorite colorful outfit.

Q: How many poses do you take of each child?
A: We generally photograph three poses of each child, offering a nice variety to your parents. For siblings, we photograph the children indvidually and together. We do try to honor special requests. Class groups are offered in the fall and spring.

Q: Are discounts offered to preschool staff members?
A: Yes, staff members receive a complimentary staff package (1-5x7 and 4 wallets) of themselves, and a 50% discount off any portrait purchase of their children.

Q: How long does it take to get the proofs?
A: We usually have your proofs ready within 3 days from portrait day. Parents will be able take these home and view them. Parents may order by paper through the school or online by selecting our Order Online tab. Parents need their child's name to access their photos and then they can preview and purchase them online.

Q: What do your portraits cost?
A: Portrait packages are available to fit any budget. Please contact us for a full price list!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept CASH, CHECK, MONEY ORDERS, VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER.

Q: How else will my school benefit by using Flip's Photos?
A: Your parents will be happy you selected Flip's Photos. When the children look good, you look better.
