Flip's Photos developed our Fundraiser Portraits program in response for Schools and Community Programs looking to raise money. These parents had grown tired of the up-front costs and burdensome time-commitments required by many of the traditional fundraising approaches. People wanted a fundraising strategy that would require no money up-front, place minimal demands on their time, and offer the community a service or product that was desirable, and thus capable of generating significant funds.
The Fundraiser Portraits program was designed to do exactly that. Flip's Photos unique fundraising program allows organizations to raise funds with little effort. High quality color and black & white portraits are always in demand and easily sell themselves resulting in generous profits.

How it Works:
Set the Date: Together, we will select a date for your photography day. Our mobile photography studio operates seven days a week for your fundraising needs.
Advertise: Posters and Flyers are supplied for your fundraiser. Place them in a high traffic locations. It is essential that these posters get placed out for your success in raising funds.
Book Appointments: We will provide a schedule in increments of 15 minutes, which allows us to photograph four sessions per hour. Fill as many time slots as you can. If additional hours or days are needed for your fundraising event, please contact our central office at the number listed on this site. In many cases, we photograph multiple days at the same location.
Collect Sitting Fee: We suggest $30 per sitting. It is very important that you collect the sitting fee in advance. One beautiful 10 x 13 portrait ($45.00 value) is included with each sitting. Because of the exceptional value and charitable nature. We must limit this offer to one portrait per family. The photographer will take additional poses and special requests (time permitting) to make your fundraising clients happy.
Photo Session: On the selected date, we will arrive one hour before the first appointment to set our studio up for your fundraiser. Props and accessories are provided.
Portrait Viewing: Finished portrait collections are made available for viewing immediately after the Family Photo Fundraising Session. Each family will view their collection and make a purchase at that time and receive their complimentary 10 x 13 portrait.
